- We are the creators of the only planner designed with the dental and dental hygiene student in mind. All our characters are hand drawn, and covers are uniquely designed by us! Planners and wire-bound notebooks are designed, printed, cut, and hand assembled in the USA.
- Our Lilac Planners are personalized with your moniker and choice of cover art.
- Please double check your customization name, as we fulfill orders as they are received. If you noticed an error within 12 hours of ordering, please send us an email with your order number and we can make the correction.
- Lilac Planners include 12 months and cannot be altered.
- For example: If you order a June start month, the planner would start from June of the current year and end in May of the following year.
- To help with selecting your start month: October through December start months are for the year 2017. January is for the year 2018.

- Bulk discounts start at a mimumum of 10 planners. Please message us for details.
- We ship our products via USPS and will include a tracking number with your order. Once your order is placed, the planners and notebooks are processed and ready to ship within 5 business days and should be delivered in 3-5 business days (U.S. only). Please keep processing and shipping time in mind when placing orders, as they may affect your start month. All other products are shipped within 1-2 business days and should be delivered in 3-5 business days (U.S. only). Packages are often delivered earlier than these estimated times.
- Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly! Customers are responsible for any re-order and shipment fees associated with invalid addresses.

- Shipping to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Israel and Italy may take 14-30 business days as stated by USPS International.
- We try our best to perfect each order to your specifications. However, we are human and our products are 100% hand assembled and packed by us, thus mistakes may occur. In the event of an error on our part, we will gladly send out a replacement as soon as possible. Otherwise, all sales are final -- so please take your time to browse and read our product details!
- In the event that you would like to change your cover design or customization, please send us an email. There is a $5 cover change charge and a $5 shipping charge to send out the new planner. Please provide an address address we can send a PayPal invoice to. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a new tracking number. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original planner. Cover changes can only be completed with new, unused planners.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR APPAREL:
- Apparel can only be exchanged for a different size. Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Since our planners are custom made and we process our orders as soon as possible, we cannot cancel or alter your order after 12 hours. Thank you for understanding.
- Lilac Paper does not claim their products will improve a student's performance in dental school. Guidelines from the Facts Pages may vary from each school and/or practice. Please evaluate each case/patient individually and use our Dental Facts at your own discretion.
